These gifts will sustain your giving after you are gone. Gifts to Ministry with Community are eligible for a special State of Michigan tax credit of up to $400 for married couples; $200 for individuals.

For your information: A beneficial tax provision, which allows taxpayers age 70 1/2 or older to donate up to $100,000 directly from their IRA accounts to charitable organizations, without being taxed first on the distribution, may expire at the end of 2007, unless Congress extends this provision.
